EVERYTHING HAPPENING, BOTH NIGHTS

Eight Reasons
This Isn't Just a Concert

World-class music is the headline. The rest of the weekend is the proof.

Celebrate 250 takes over the grounds of the Gateway Arch for two free nights. Music is the marquee. But the experiences below are why people come early, stay late, and bring everyone they know. Some run both days. Some are Saturday only. All are free.

On the grounds, all weekend

1,500 drones over the Mississippi

Both nights

Fifteen hundred coordinated drones lighting up the night sky over the river. Synced to music. Choreographed against the Arch. Bigger than any drone show St. Louis has ever staged.

Fireworks over the river

Both nights, ~9:40 PM

More than four decades of July 4 fireworks at the Gateway Arch. USA Today's Top 10 fireworks in America. Launched from barges on the Mississippi, framed by the Arch.

143rd America's Birthday Parade

Saturday, step-off 4:00 PM

Community groups, veterans organizations, school bands, and civic floats run a route east on Market Street through downtown. The parade ends at Broadway in time for The Fourth to begin on the Arch grounds.

Salute the
Troops

Saturday

A heartfelt VIP recognition ceremony honoring active-duty service members and veterans, including a flag presentation, remarks by community leaders, and a moment of reflection and gratitude.

Innovation Village at Live! by Loews

Saturday

A walkthrough immersive exhibit dedicated to the industries leading St. Louis into the next 250 years. Five frontiers: Space, Aviation & Geospatial; Biotechnology & Biosciences; Planet & Conservation; Consumer Products & Manufacturing; and Higher Education. Built with leading St. Louis institutions, companies, and innovators.

Antique Car Show

Saturday

Local collectors, classic American iron, and a few surprises. On the grounds, no extra ticket required.

F-15
simulators

Both days

Climb in. Take the stick. The same simulators used to train pilots, set up for visitors on the grounds.

Local food and drink

Both Days

A variety of food from local vendors, available for purchase across the grounds. Soft drinks for sale. Alcoholic beverages available for purchase for guests 21+.
