James C. Boldt served as Fair St. Louis General Chair in both 2018 at the Forest Park location and in 2017 during the return to the Arch Grounds following the renovation. He has been a Board Member since approximately 2016 and has chaired multiple committees, including Programming, Physical Arrangements, and Fireworks. His involvement with the VP Fair began in 1982, and he also served on the St. Louis Scholarship Foundation Board from 2008 to 2015.
