Parker has served on the Board of Celebrate for over 20 years and has exceptional depth and understanding of the organization.  He has served on many of the committees including Chairman of the Board.  Parker’s professional carrier includes significant experience in corporate strategy, finance and manufacturing operations.  Parker has a passion for St. Louis and has served civically on many local boards to help improve the city.   He currently serves on board of The Muny.
