Steve has been community leader in the legal industry and active with a number of non-profits for almost 30 years.  In addition to serving on the Celebrate board since 2017, he has served on the boards of Christ Community Lutheran School, Lutheran Family and Children’s Services, the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, and Greenbriar Hills Country Club, where he was also president.  As a partner in the Corporate Services Group of Armstrong Teasdale LLP, Steve serves businesses of all sizes primarily focusing on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, and representation of health care systems, hospitals and physicians.  Steve has been involved with Celebrate St. Louis since 2010 and served as the General Chairman of what was then known as Fair St. Louis in 2015-2016 when the event was held at Forest Park.  In his spare time, Steve enjoys playing  golf and going on hikes with his family.
